Who Are We
ZAR Executive Limousine Services Ltd was established in 2018 on Jersey, with services commencing in 2019. We provide executive transport for corporate and private clients.

• You make a reservation with ZAR – we need to know your address in order to collect you and we will need a telephone number to contact you in case of any emergencies, or simply to let you know we have arrived. We might also have your email address if you made your reservation by email.

The information that we obtain about you includes personal information such as your first name and last name, your billing address and possibly your telephone number and email address. We will never collect information from you unless it is relevant and necessary.
We also receive your billing address and delivery address and your e-mail address, and your telephone number.
Since ZAR chooses PayPal for electronic monetary transactions, ZAR does not have access to your credit card or bank information.

To ensure added protection for our clients, ZAR has chosen PayPal as appointed third parties. The information we obtain from you may be transferred to and stored at a location outside of the European Economic Area. If our permitted third parties transfer your information outside the European Economic Area, they will impose obligations on their staff to protect your information to the standard required in the EEA.

At this time, we do not have automated profiling in place.
